By placing an order for a commission, you agree that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Payment for orders under $25 is due in full before work begins.
50% is due before work begins for orders $25 and above. The remaining balance is due upon approval of the final sketch(es).
All payments must be made in USD. Cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, ect. is not acceptable unless other payment was previously agreed on.
Payment will be accepted through Ko-fi, PayPal, or Venmo unless alternative payment is agreed on.Delivery
The final piece(s) will be delivered digitally over email, Discord, or Ko-fi depending on where the commission originated from, as well as the requester's preference.
I will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
You have the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.Communication
WIPs and progress updates will be sent regularly over email, Discord, or Ko-fi.
Please respond to messages in a timely manner.
Visual references such as doodles or dollmakers/picrews are preferred over text long descriptions.Refund Policy
You may request a refund on commissions with no progress for 2 weeks, or when work has not been completed within 2 months (60 days).
Commissions beyond the line art phase are not eligible for full refunds.Commercial Use
Art is for personal/noncommercial use only. Commercial use will come with additional fees. Do not remove any signatures/watermarks on personal use pieces.
Unless otherwise requested, commission pieces may be used for promotional or sample purposes.
Work commissioned for the purpose of sale as an NFT (non-fungible token) shall fall under commercial use, and is therefore subject to commercial license fees and/or royalties upon sale of NFT.
Art commissioned for the purpose of training generative Artificial Intelligence models (genAI) shall fall under commercial use and is therefore subject to commercial licensing fees.
You do not hold the right to use the product in any technologies related to blockchain-related or AI, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, genAI, or future inventions in the space.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.
